Dr. Ted Conklin is a uniquely experienced health care executive having spent over 32 years in the industry. Most recently he served as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Commercial business at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and GuideWell from 2019 through mid 2022. Prior to this he was at Premera Blue Cross in Washington for 7 years serving in roles that included VP of Quality and Medical Management as well as VP of Provider and Customer engagement.

Kevin is a mission-driven and results-oriented healthcare leader with more than 20 years of success growing businesses, leading teams at all levels, and accelerating ventures in healthcare, most recently leading the sale of a public device company for the largest valuation ever in it’s space. His general management experience, ranging from marketing to M&A to operations, drives his passion for launching and scaling new technologies. Kevin is also a Board leader and executive advisor to start-ups, scaling organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.     

Dedicated and hardworking financial leader with over 29 years of experience in financial planning and analytics, raising capital, investor relations, treasury management, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and forcasting financial reporting, accounting, and auditing, system implementations, operational finance, risk management and procurement. Billy is a serial technology entrepreneur who has launched three successful University ventures. Billy founded PaySpan.com, the largest medical payment network in the US with 1.3M providers & 100+M user accounts. He also founded LocatorX who has been awarded contracts with the Defense Logistics Agency. Billy pioneered internet based long distance calling with SS7 switches deployed in 130+ countries.

Richard Still has a strong background in finance, operations and corporate startups. He has most recently served as CFO of a $100M privately held company. His previous positions included COO of a multi-location environmental company, financial analyst for an investment banking firm and plant manager for a manufacturing company. Richard was also the founder and CEO of three specialty manufacturing companies.

Juan Carlos is a senior IT executive with extensive experience.  He formerly managed the web-based order processing and product  distribution business for a publicly traded group grossing over $1B annually. He has deep experience in internet infrastructure, CRM, ERP, Business Intelligence, Process Re-Engineering, Logistics, High Assurance Technology Operations, Business Analysis and Enterprise Integration.

Peb graduated from The Citadel and served in the US Navy for 10 years as a legal and public affairs officer. He then founded a successful commercial venture funded by a local private wealth family office. After exit to a publicly traded group, he continued with the family office as EVP Operations managing 30+ diversified company holdings for 20 years including several startups in disease management, analytics and cardiac sleep apnea home monitoring.

Dr. Joe Colorafi was previously Vice President of Clinical Data Science at CommonSpirit Health in Chicago managing Advanced Clinical Analytics and Data Science for 117 hospitals.  For the past 15 years his career has focused on Medical and Bio-Informatics, enabling him to bring a considerable amount of experience in areas of change management governance, clinical effectiveness and use of predictive analytics. This knowledge builds on his 20 years of practice in pulmonary, sleep, and intensive care medicine.

Dr. Bilkovski offers 25 years of clinical trial  regulatory and analytics experience stemming from his work with companies like: GE Healthcare, Abbott Labs, Becton Dickinson, Hospira, Walgreens, and more.  He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine having served as Research Director and Senior Staff Physician a Henry Ford Health System.

As Chairman, Dr. Smowton has led the growth of Emergency Resources Group (ERG) for more than 30 years.  He also serves as Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Baptist Health Jacksonville.  He is a valuable contributor for PERSOWN through his vast working experience in both diagnostics and analytics while providing first hand resources for the company through his 500+ practitioners at 25+ hospitals with ERG.

Mark has nearly 30 years of developing technical enterprise software solutions with companies that have been acquired by blue chip giants like IBM, Raytheon, VMware and more.  In particular, Mark has a broad grasp of Event Stream Processing to accelerate Digital Transformation in healthcare linking IoT devices and real-time variables into the SAS Viya analytics platform through our CAPS interface.
